These Bath Flakes provide 9 TIMES the Magnesium levels which you would get from your everyday Epsom Salts. Adding the flakes to your warm bath is an efficient way to help the body to absorb Magnesium whilst providing relief of aches, pains, muscles cramps, headaches and insomnia. It may also assist with supporting energy levels.

This product can also be used in foot baths as well by adding a tablespoon into warm water.

Dissolve 1/2 cup - 1 cup or more of the Magnesium flakes into a warm bath, then let soak into clean skin for 30 minutes or more.

For a foot bath add a tablespoon.
